Hi, I’m looking for a quote to remove an old brick mailbox pillar and install a new one. Scope of work: 1. Demolish and remove the existing brick pillar mailbox (including the concrete base) and haul away the debris 2. Install a new pillar letterbox (Sandleford Empire Pillar Letterbox, black stainless steel) in the same location — dig footing, set the post, and secure with concrete as per the manufacturer’s instructions The brick pillar is a small freestanding structure near the front fence line (not attached to the house), roughly waist height. I have photos of the current pillar and the new letterbox if that helps with the quote. I think the garage electric thingy needs maintenance. Sometimes the door will go up when we press the garage key sometimes it doesn’t and plays up. Unsure what’s causing this issue. It almost feels like the door is too heavy for the lever to lift.

I have an undermount kitchen sink that i want to change with a new one and I want to get it done asap

My undermount kitchen sink has started separating slightly from the stone benchtop, creating a small gap that leaks water. When I press down on the sink from above, the gap widens, so it appears the sink has become loose and may need to be resecured. Looking for someone experienced with undermount sink repairs on stone benchtops. Please bring any required adhesives, brackets, or sealants.
