rental property thats needs minor jobs done 1. The front door is broken and we can’t access through the door as it might break and fall apart. 2. Hand rail in Bathrooms (both) is loose and one came off once yesterday when I was checking out so need to replace or someone can look at it. 3. The wooden part underneath the gas stove is on the floor needs to fix (picture attached). 4. The sliding glass door of living area, access to back area, doesn’t open smoothly as it makes weird noise, just in case if someone can look into it. 5. The door lock of ensuite is not right, it’s in opposite direction inside out, as cannot lock the door (picture attached).

I have two glass sliding door handles that aren’t working. On one of them the mechanism seems to have seized and won’t unlock. The other has cracked and come loose.
