We are looking to swap out a standalone laundry tub with a 600mm base cabinet, bench top & built in sink/tap. You will need to be a licensed plumber + able to install/make good a base cabinet, sink, tap & bench top. All items are purchased, assembled & ready to go. Complete scope of work will be: 1. Removal of existing laundry tub 2. Cutout sink hole in bench top 3. Installation of base cabinet (I will construct it), side panel & bench top 4. We will reuse existing mixer and tap for over the sink (i.e. no change required) 5. Move mixers for washing machine to be below the benchtop (currently they are above as shown) 6. Makes noise when to open the tap and hot water in not coming out . Need to fixed both tap. Which is in coopers plains area. The kitchen tap shakes and makes a rattling noise and we can’t wash our dishes properly without boiling the kettle 3 times.
