I have a 3-panel/three-stack sliding shower screen door that is not sliding properly and feels misaligned. From the bottom track it looks like a plastic guide/stopper piece is broken or missing (there are holes/marks where the guide should be), so the panels wobble and don’t run smoothly. Need someone experienced with shower screens / sliding door tracks to: • Inspect and diagnose the issue • Replace the bottom guide/stopper (plastic part) if needed • Adjust alignment and ensure doors slide smoothly • If required, replace/adjust rollers and clean/realign track I can share the photos in the task. Please bring tools and advise if you can supply the replacement part (I’m happy to pay for parts separately if needed).

The issue: There is visible water damage at the corner where the bathtub, fixed shower glass panel, tiled wall, and painted plasterboard wall meet. The paint is cracking and bubbling, and the plasterboard in that corner has deteriorated. The damage appears localised to this area. What I need: • Proper inspection to identify where water is getting in • Removal and replacement of damaged plasterboard (not cosmetic patching) • Ensure the wall cavity is fully dried before closing • Repair or reinstate waterproofing if required (localised only) • Correct re-siliconing of the shower glass and junctions using bathroom-grade materials • Honest advice on whether any tile removal is necessary Important: I’m not looking for a paint-only or quick cosmetic fix. I want the cause resolved properly. Any waterproofing work must be done by a licensed professional, with an invoice and warranty provided. Need a handyman who can put this shower screen back on the track. One of the screen door corners is cracked so need another roller installed next to this. (I can fix however don't have the right tools) See pictures
