We have a 10m x 1-1.5m rendered wall on our pool where the render is bubbling and coming off. We need the bubbling fixed and patched and the whole wall repainted. Also would like the black diamond tiles removed as well. Ideally this can be done without draining the whole pool. Unsure on budget.

Silicone removed, 10 screw holes repaired rendered over. We removed an old BBQ so wanting to repair the wall. Gas and Power all remaining in place. just want to neaten up. I need a well finished job that does not look like it is repaired. Ready to paint clean job site state when done.
