Had the wrong date down have put up a new post now. Need someone to install a 3m x 2.25m easy sheds garden shed for my mother. Slab has been done already, just needs shed to be built and bolted down to the concrete. Plenty of access to get out the back from the front yard via a side gate.

Sharnee is lovely and consults me with what's needed to be done. I could not believe how quickly they had finished the work. Others stated they will do the install in 5 days. Benchtop swollen in multiple places and needs to be replaced. -Laminate flooring tearing up (Quote on replacement) -Fly mesh torn to back door and needs to be replaced Bedrooms Install new door stop if not present (Should only be 1 x doorstop missing). Remove peeling wallpaper and paint appropriately. Paint water stain to ceiling(s). Bathroom & Toilet Remove peeling wallpaper and paint appropriately. - Install new doorstop Laundry Fix broken tiles. Replace concertina door. Repair or replace cupboard. Ground and gardens -Access gates from carport and from front yard are both broken. Return fences on both sides of house between front/rear yard are in very poor condition -Solar panels not repaired. -Garden sheds and greenhouse in poor condition. -Masonry wall to left side is sagging. -Uneven paving subsiding around property. -Some swollen lining to house external walls. -There are various areas of rotting eaves/gutters.
