Brendan is a man of few words. He focuses on his work, but never fails to accommodate requests and minor changes. His nephew is equally as hardworking. Sharnee is lovely and consults me with what's needed to be done. I could not believe how quickly they had finished the work. Others stated they will do the install in 5 days. Brendan and his team did it way quicker! What a bunch of pros! Highly recommended! Worth every penny!

Lounge & Hallway Paint water stain to ceiling. Various uneven floorboards. Kitchen Replace degraded curtains. Repair or replace screen door. Repair cupboard door which has come off. Benchtop swollen in multiple places and needs to be replaced. -Laminate flooring tearing up (Quote on replacement) -Fly mesh torn to back door and needs to be replaced Bedrooms Install new door stop if not present (Should only be 1 x doorstop missing). Remove peeling wallpaper and paint appropriately. Paint water stain to ceiling(s). Bathroom & Toilet Remove peeling wallpaper and paint appropriately. - Install new doorstop Laundry Fix broken tiles. Replace concertina door. Repair or replace cupboard. Ground and gardens -Access gates from carport and from front yard are both broken. Return fences on both sides of house between front/rear yard are in very poor condition -Solar panels not repaired. -Garden sheds and greenhouse in poor condition. -Masonry wall to left side is sagging. -Uneven paving subsiding around property. -Some swollen lining to house external walls. -There are various areas of rotting eaves/gutters.
