I have 9 doors that I need fitted and installed, some need to be shaved down to fit. Two external doors, 3 solid doors for bedrooms, 1 sliding door and the rest are hollow. I have handles and door stops as well. - Due date: Flexible
Told me that job needed to be completed over three days because of injuries & did not want to exert himself- agreed to it. Turned up 30 mins late on day 1, 4 hours late on day 2, 30 mins late again on day 3. Had a complicated front door where he needed to complete additional work because I had bought the wrong size & agreed to pay additional price for the work. He removed my screen door in the process & when he rehung it, it no longer locked properly & there was a gap between floor/roof. Brought it to his attention and that set him off. "You've got a cheap door", "you had a crap contractor install it", 'The hinges haven't moved". "The locking mechanism has stuffed up," Now have to pay for a professional to fix his mistake because he refused to. He left piles of screws around my house from doors he removed. He damaged my roof by picking up a door carelessly after I raised concerns about screen door. He patched it with my own putty & told me my roof was "f***ed & not worth painting"
