Silicone filling between the sink and benchtop is torn due to which water is leaked from tap to under the benchtop hood which made the wood attached to the benchtop as swollen. Need support to fix the swollen wood under the benchtop and fix the leaking sink tap, looks like washer issue.

Moved in to new house and found out that wall next to kitchen sink is damaged with moisture. Building inspector did not mention any water damage to that area.
