Need to replace the kitchen sink mixer tap. The tap nut is behind the sink and hence difficult to reach out to. Easiest would be to remove the sink and replace the tap. I can also see a water stain on the MDF, so it would be best to reseal the edge of the sink. I will provide the new mixer tap but would need you to provide the sealant required. Attaching some pics too. Need a quote for the above tasks PS: Had posted the same task last week also but could not respond or accept offers due to travel. Will do it now

Toilet flush button stays down and water doesn’t stop running. If I lift the lid up the water would stop running & I can flush again. Kitchen sink doesn’t drain smoothly. Water would eventually drain but after several minutes depending on amount of water in sink at the time
