I need the bulbs replaced on two 80’s chandeliers, and a hinge on a kitchen cupboard fixed.

The door screws no longer grip the cupboard shell wall.

Need the kitchen cupboard next to the oven removed. This includes side panels and beams. Legs need to be moved to make space as a dishwasher will be fitted. Have already removed most screws and fixtures
