Repair gyprock and paint

Cupboard door under sink is broken due to the lock not working. Photo shows door not shutting properly. Photo 2 shows inside of broken lock. Photo 3 shows side where lock is working properly. Looking for someone to come and fix.

Install an awning (1m x 1m) fibreglass screen on a hebel wall outside. Attach a photo of the wall where the awning was (putty) and a photo of another awning elsewhere. Anchor 40mm long, screw 4mm diameter. Maybe need a wider screw, slightly longer anchor ?50-60mm (ramset screw plug). Install the awning lower below the light this time, less likely to be blown off by the wind.

Replace screws on 2 sash fastener window locks, source and refit new fastener fly screen clasps to two windows. Repair fly screens to 2 panels of Queenslander type room. Source screen netting.
