Small hole made in wall. Need it filled and fixed. No need to paint. Just repair it

Unfortunately, my 75-inch TV fell off the wall. I have some holes to fix. It’s a bit tricky, as the wall is gyprock. The holes are small, but I am assuming there will be filling and painting involved. Thanks

My salon ceiling has water damage and a small section around a downlight that has cracked. The ceiling will likely need the damaged plasterboard cut out, replaced, patched and made ready for painting. Photos attached. Ideally someone who has experience with ceiling repairs and downlights.
