We need a handyman! Initial task and pricing is to repair rotten fascia on kitchen window behind sink needs to be replaced. Just the bottom panel. This is a my parents house and they are preparing to sell. There is highly likely other handyman jobs to be done following on from this. Door Handles to be fixed, door to be installed. Patching.
