To move it, the shed will need to be partially dismantled, then moved to the new location, and reassembled. We’ll have two extra pairs of hands (two males) ready to assist with the dismantling and lifting — we just need someone with the know-how to guide and help us put it back together correctly. I have a basketball backboard and ring that needs to be installed onto the side of the shed. Will need to fit the supports on the inside of the shed also. I have ladders but will need strength to hold back board and ring whilst installing.

Assistance needed with assembling a multi functional gym tower (Armortech F40) It was assembled then partially dissembled and on the garage floor. Need to stand the two sides up (that already have weight plates installed so are very heavy), move to position against wall in garage, then install the overhead supports and smith machine bar. Need one or ideally two sets of hands to assist with this. Must be able to handle and manoeuvre heavy items

Outdoor staircase - Repair stair tread x 1 - Replace stair tread x 1 - Repair top of hand rail post 4. Check, seal or replace as necessary, fascia boards in the laundry door landing. 5. Touch up paintwork in the master bedroom closet (this is a small area) 6. To close up little holes/voids in tiles with stone coloured grout and glue segments (1-2 areas) of broken tiles (at edges) around the pool area 7. To prevent pests, - Seal Cracks & Crevices around building -Seal gaps around external plumbing pipes -Seal gaps around brick work where front decking frame and laundry entrance decking has been installed into brick work. 8. Deteriorated or missing door seals to be replaced (where necessary) 9. Internal gap filling and other - Clean and adjust slinging door tracks in master ensuite entrance to room at top of stairs and down stairs bathroom - Remove and patch antenna cable cover below TV in lounge room - Patch plaster in master bedroom WIR and paint - Fill gap in floor boards in master bedroom WIR - Install door stops x 4 where needed - Replace heater vent cover in floor - Gap filling between beading and brickwork in stair case - Remove antenna cable near downstairs sliding door - Clean and repaint laundry fly screen door
