The cement sheeting under the eaves is in poor condition and needs to be replaced. Please allow for any repairs required to the visible timber supports that the eaves are sitting on, you will see from some of the photos that gaps or cracks have appeared. I am also looking for two minor repairs done on the roof line, as per the photos (this is a wood trim running along the front and back of house). Eaves on East side of the property runs approx 17m in length, eaves on the West side of the property runs approx 10m in length.
