we’ve had new windows installed but they are leaking!! Architraves are not sitting right up against the brick. We need someone who has confidence using a silicon gun and can apply silicon to the gap in between the architrave and the brick wall. It needs to be fully sealed and it needs to look professional. There are four windows. Three windows are 1000 x 2000. The fourth window is 4000 x 2000. The biggest issue is 2 of the windows have beds in front of them and so the mattresses and the bed frames will need to be taken out of the rooms first. Then put back into the rooms. No time wasters. I need someone who has experience in this kind of work. That close-up of the gap between the architrave and the brick is showing the smallest gap. There are much bigger gaps - up to 3mm. I need the exterior checked as well.

Our sliding screen door heading into the backyard has come off its runners. The whole metal door frame and the runners are bent so the door doesn’t fit into the frame anymore.. The Issue: We have three internal door handles (in our staff and pre-test rooms) that have become very loose and are pulling away from the doors. The screws appear to have failed or come loose, making the handles wobbly and at risk of falling off completely. The Job: The task is to re-secure all three door handles. This will likely involve: 1. Assessing the handle sets to determine the cause of the looseness. 2. Tightening all relevant grub screws and through-bolts. 3.
