I need help move garage door holder(as shown in picture) a little further so that I could install my garage opener because the gap is not enough yet to insert the motor in. Cut a hole with Jigsaw to install Doggy door

Need someone to swap two doors in my house (kitchen and laundry). The laundry door is nicer and I want it installed in the kitchen, and the current kitchen door (with a dog door) moved to the laundry. One of the doors may need the hinges adjusted so it opens outward. Should be a fairly quick job for someone handy with basic tools. Located in Wanniassa.

Wardrobe sliding door keeps coming off tracks

Need to (re)attach metal brackets to metal mailbox door so the inner parcel shelf slides up when the metal door is opened. Might need new metal brackets/screws/hardware and I will reimburse material costs additional to labour.

My garage roller door is getting stuck and not rolling properly . The door should not be forced. Looking for an experienced garage door technician to inspect, diagnose. Please bring your own tools and have experience with roller doors.

Sliding door is not working properly

Remove door from hinges, shave bottom to provide clearance to new floor and replace. Test clearance level. Confirm not scraping.

we’ve had new windows installed but they are leaking!! Architraves are not sitting right up against the brick. We need someone who has confidence using a silicon gun and can apply silicon to the gap in between the architrave and the brick wall. It needs to be fully sealed and it needs to look professional. There are four windows. Three windows are 1000 x 2000. The fourth window is 4000 x 2000. The biggest issue is 2 of the windows have beds in front of them and so the mattresses and the bed frames will need to be taken out of the rooms first. Then put back into the rooms. No time wasters. I need someone who has experience in this kind of work. That close-up of the gap between the architrave and the brick is showing the smallest gap. There are much bigger gaps - up to 3mm. I need the exterior checked as well.

Purchase hinge and all supplies, install kitchen door and test functionality. Quote to include labour, travel, any supplies required, provision of any tools required and a final test to ensure it closes properly. Home owner to provide door but no hinges or screws.

1. Remove sliding glass door replace or service rollers, clean sliding areas and make good. 2. Replace mesh on sliding mesh door. Replace in sliders and check functionality. 3. Ensure all working properly before leaving. 4. Glass door is heavy double glaze so will require two men to lift or experience doing so. Advice if you need help from home owner. 5. One Glass sliding door and sliding mesh door to be serviced. 6. Supply all materials and cleaning supplies.

My dog has chewed the window frame (2x areas) need this fixed up as if it hasn’t happened. Sanded, bogged and repainted at a guess?
