Hi, I have a Steel-Line garage door opener and have purchased a Kogan Smart Garage Door Opener. I have installed and connected the Kogan Wi-Fi device and set up the mobile app, but I need help with the final wiring connection between the Kogan device and the Steel-Line garage motor so that I can open and close the garage door through the app. The main garage is working normally with its existing remote. I just need someone who can identify the correct terminals and connect the two wires from the Kogan smart opener to the Steel-Line motor. I can provide photos of the garage motor and circuit board. Ideally, I’m looking for someone experienced with garage door openers and smart/Wi-Fi controllers.

I already have a small dog door in a standard aluminium security door but I need a larger one for my current dog.

Install two flush bolts and one drop bolt on french doors. There are a pair of existing drop bolts on one door and I'd like to install a matching pair on the other door. One of the existing drop bolts has been installed upside down, and I'd like to move that to the other door. See the attached image - red arrow shows the existing drop bolt I'd like to move. The blue arrows show where I'd like to install new flush bolts. Looking for quotes to fix a stiff sliding door. We’ve just moved in this house and the sliding door has seen better days. Unsure what’s going on with it, if it’s the track itself but it’s stiff when sliding and gets a bit stuck half way then continues. Tried cleaning the tracks and WD40 and it’s helped but it looks like it’s scrapes the tracks top and bottom when sliding.

I need a house load of door handles installed. 14 x handles, strikers and striker plates, 1 x cavity slider privacy set and flush pull handles. The face hole and latch hole have already been cut. So it’s just the install, rout striker and latch plate. 1 x door needs to be trimmed down. 1 or 2 doors need hinges changed to lift off hinges (I have on site) Would prefer a qualified carpenter, someone who does this day in day out, uses a router etc.
