The Issue: The door handle on our back-of-house staff room has become extremely loose and is at risk of falling off completely. The handle is also heavily worn. This is a safety concern for our staff, who are worried about getting locked in if the handle fails. The Job: The task is to replace the entire faulty handle set with a new, durable unit.
