The aluminium louvre door has been blown off during this week’s storm and has disconnected from the beam at the top. The door is intact, however, the screws at the top have come out.

A Sash window would not close and lock after we got it painted. It may need bit of sanding and putting back so that it can be closed and locked. It is on ground floor- easily accessible.

Need to install sliding metal fly screen for two balcony doors.

Supply and Install X 2 fly screens in bedroom (approx 162x77cm) X 2 fly screen sliding door (approx 280 x 100cm) - may need cavity installation, refer to photos. -Measure and quote will be required as measurements are estimates.

Just need a door taken off momentarily to move in a large desk, then put the door back on. Will be going with whoever can do ASAP!

I’m getting new timber floors installed which will raise the internal floor level by ~21–22mm. To avoid clearance issues, I need my aluminium-framed glass front door changed to open outward instead of inward. Work likely involves: • Swap/adjust hinges so the door opens outward • Reverse lock & handle set • Adjust strike plate/locking points on aluminium frame • Ensure door seals properly and works smoothly Photos attached for reference.

We have changed the floors and now the doors are too big for it. We need 3 doors to be shorten, and I imagine the easiest way is sanding the bottom of them? Happy with suggestions.

Need 3 indoor doors fixed and handles added. All doors are not closing properly and are jamming against the architrave as they close. Two handles taken off and we have new handles for all the doors.

Need: - Bottom section of frame replaced up to about head height (you supply wood). - Strike plate for lock re‑attached (I have the plate + screws). - Optional: Quick white paint touch‑up if you have some, not essential. I've just moved into a ground floor apartment and I've noticed that when noise comes through from the foyer, it’s quite loud. The door has fairly large gaps around the edges, so I was wondering if there's a way to soundproof it. I've attached some photos of the door-please let me know if anything can be done. Thanks!
