Install an awning to our outdoor fascia. It will need to have a timber beam attached first to make it structural and hold weight. The awning is 5m x 2.5m retractable with folding arms and crank. We are located in East Victoria Park.

Hang two mirrors inside two wardrobe door panels. Mirrors are already purchased, liquid nails also already purchased. Potentially need mirror mounting tape, can source or if you have some already that's great.

Internal pantry door needs to be planed to size and hung. Previous door hinges already on frame and still have old door if they can be reused if not will need new hinges. New door as pictured, will need to mortise the hinge space.

My door knob is loose need to tighten

Hi all! Would be much appreciated if someone could cut out and replace the hinged 1/3 (one-third of the entire frame) of my metal doorframe (from my laundry to bathroom). The top and doorhandle side of the frame are perfectly fine, so no work is needed on those. The lower half of the hinged 1/3 has rusted out, due to water leakage from the front ensuite bathroom. However it's renovated now, so no more water is leaking through. As best as I know, the doorframe is a Metroll deluxe 620×2040 95 B/O hinge right hand side. Please first drop by to doublecheck this, before you source a preferably new hinged 1/3. The job, essentially = find a replacement hinged 1/3 of the doorframe, cut and remove the rusted hinged 1/3 of the doorframe, clean out any loose brickwork etc. and perhaps repack the wall a bit, cut the new Metroll doorframe to match (ensuring the hinges are at the correct heights), weld (or glue, screw etc.) it in and file back any welding so it's flush. #Please note - the new grey tile on the wall, up against the base of the rusted hinged 1/3 (on the left hand side when entering the bathroom) will very likely need to be removed. I've got spare grey tiles, so if you're able to cut a new tile and put it in that would be great. If not, that's fine and I'll find a tiler to cut another tile later. I'll do the puttying, sanding, painting and door installation later on. If you have any questions about the job, please ask! The damaged section is highlighted in one of the photos. General handyman work: - replace door handles throughout house (7-8) - install picture frames on walls

We are getting our home painted and the painter has requested we cut down the edges of our windows to allow them to close with the additional layers of paint. Looking for someone to remove windows from 4 rooms (8 individual windows) cut the edge that meets the frame a few millimetres and reinstall. We also would like some decorative wooden brackets fixed to veranda posts.
