The sealant lengths measure in metres. 4.3 m 4.6 m 1.64 m 2.6 m 2.0 m The final section doesn’t require removal just filling with preferably concrete, or if needed sealant or grouting into a 2.5 m length that is 30 cm wide to provide a full seal. This area is hard to access due to the narrow gap between the house and water tank.

The handle and lock of the door is missing and broken. Part of the door is broken. Needs to install a new handle and fix the broken part of the door.

We have 2 French doors that need to be hung in a doorway. They may be slightly too high and may need to be sanded down to fit. They also will require framing on the side to be the right size

Need shower screen seal and frame fixed , fram and seal came off … bottom and side tracks needs fixing .

Looking for someone to please secure 2x Billy Bookcases to a wall in my apartment. Wall is drywall but I'm unsure if there are studs in the position of the bookshelves. Ideal if you could please provide the screws/wall anchors. The bookshelves have 2 doors each - if you could please put these doors on after securing to the wall that would be ideal! Also looking for a fix re powerpoint being located behind the bookshelf - was thinking of cutting a hole in the back of the bookcase (it's very thing material) & potentially drilling a hole out the side of the bookcase to run an extension lead but would love thoughts on that!

We have several internal doors that need work. The front door lock is not operating smoothly. A bifold door needs to be shorten as new carpet has been laid. A security sliding door is out of alignment. A sliding wardrobe door needs work. A bathroom door need a repair to the architrave. Also looking at a built in bookcase

2 bedroom doors, located side by side wont latch shut. I tried playing with the door hinge screws which worked for about a month, but now its gone back to how it was -- wont latch shut. Wondering if anyone knows a simple fix, like maybe a strike plate with a bigger hole might work? Thoughts from the experts...?

Two mirrored bathroom cabinet doors with Salice hinges (see pictures) that slot and pop in need to be returned to their rightful positions. I accidentally triggered the pop mechanism on one and had the do the same on the bottom to prevent it crashing down. In order to work out how to put it back, I used another one and they are too heavy to put back myself. No broken hinges / doors. Thanks for any help! Kelly

The laundry room door has partially come off the wall, and the rollers above the door have come out of the track too. I need to re-secure it. I can provide power tools, nails, hammer.
