Hello, We are from Oscar Wylee. The magnetic door stopper installed in the Optometry Room is not functioning as intended. The magnet is failing to hold the door in place, causing the door to swing shut unexpectedly during use. This issue is creating ongoing disruptions during clinical operations. The door frequently closes while staff are working with patients or equipment, which interrupts workflow and can pose a safety concern. It also makes it difficult to maintain an open-door environment when required for patient flow, communication, or supervision. We need to rectify the issue soon.

The photos show lengths of outdoor grouting between the tiles/pavers that have deteriorated We are hoping for a professional looking job with the grouting having a good finish There are multiple lengths ranging between 30 cm to 2 m with a total of around 15 m I request these be re-grouted and ask that it be a neat job and that the grouting is not spread all over the tiles/pavers. 2 bedroom doors, located side by side wont latch shut. I tried playing with the door hinge screws which worked for about a month, but now its gone back to how it was -- wont latch shut. Two mirrored bathroom cabinet doors with Salice hinges (see pictures) that slot and pop in need to be returned to their rightful positions. I accidentally triggered the pop mechanism on one and had the do the same on the bottom to prevent it crashing down. In order to work out how to put it back, I used another one and they are too heavy to put back myself. No broken hinges / doors. Thanks for any help! Kelly

The laundry room door has partially come off the wall, and the rollers above the door have come out of the track too. I need to re-secure it. I can provide power tools, nails, hammer.
