Please note the job is in Hawthorn. Supply and install UV stabilised. Plastic coated wire to existing folding wall mounted clothesline. Use appropriate claps and brackets not just a series of knots to maintain tension in wire. Wires must withstand heavy towels without stretching or loosening. After hours is preferred, weekends are also available with prior arrangement.

We need a retractable clothesline installed in our courtyard but the wall is Hebel AAC cladding panels. Our said requires us to have a registered tradesman that has experince working with Hebel. We also have a manual on exactly how to install the clothesline onto Hebel and what materials needed etc.

Three tasks to be done: 1) repair a drain pipe hole with some pop rivets and silicon sealant, 2) hang a fold-down 2m clothesline on an external wall, and 3) hang a retractable hose reel on an external wall. Should take around 2 hours max in total.

Install a folding clothesline using a ground mounting kit. I'll supply both - see photo - you'll need to supply anything else required. The clotheslines is a Hill Everyday Single folding clothesline and I also have the Hills Everyday Ground Mount Kit. The ground mount kit will be installed into soil, close to where the old clothesline is shown in the photo. It doesn't need to go into the concrete but should be as close as possible to the edge of the concrete strip.

We have an indoor drying room - a small room that we have installed wall heaters for drying our washing. We currently have an outdoor washing line attached to the wall but it's not big enough so we end up using a long fold-up line as well. It's unsightly so I want to get a proper line installed that maximizes the space and also looks like it's better quality workmanship. Lines need to run length of room. Either using an existing line system or building individual lines attached at each end. We haven't seen an off the shelf option that meets our needs but hopefully someone has a better solution. Will also need to remove the existing line and repair wall before adding new line. We are reasonable and prepared to pay for your time. Will revise the budget once I receive some quotes & understand how much the job is likely to cost.
