New fan install in living room of apartment. No prior fan present. 132cm fan with remote control. Must have electrical trade.

Ceiling fan installation. I believe it would be pretty straightforward other than the running of an extra cable, but I'm comfortable putting a few holes in the wall to get it there to the switch. No remote control. There is an existing light fixture there and I made sure there was a beam running across and have already secured the fan base.

Replacement of the old cooktop to a new one. Replacement of the old ceiling fan to a new one.

Wanting to have 2x ceiling fans with lights installed to replace existing ceiling fans with lights. Will be going in the same spots. I have the new fans, still sealed in boxes.

Pictured ceiling fan is remote controlled. Works on lowest setting, but no change if you use remote to put fan to medium, just stays at low setting in medium setting. Works on high if you press the fastest setting on remote. Request quote to change capacitor if anyone feels that might be the problem. Cheers

I need a certified electrician to get a new ceiling fan installed in the living room: - location in the middle of the 4 light spots ideally (See photo, but I guess it depends on the position of the frame under the drywall ceiling?) - I provide the fan but I don't know yet if it will have a wireless remote (which I guess simplify the wiring) or a wall remote. => happy to discuss budget for each scenario.

Hey, I have an issue with 2 ceiling fans. One won’t turn off and the other won’t turn on. Any electrician out there that could see to this.
