Find an experienced ceiling fan installation professional in Waterloo NSW

Hi, I’m looking for a licensed NSW electrician to complete several electrical installations in my apartment. I have not purchased the new fittings yet, as I would like the electrician to review the products/specifications and confirm compatibility with the existing installation before I place the order. I will also need to seek approval from the strata for the ceiling fans (I assume). Work required Living/dining area/bathroom - Remove and replace 2 existing ceiling light fittings with new LED light fittings and ideally a dimmer. - Replace 1 existing ceiling light fitting with a DC ceiling fan with integrated LED light. Bedroom - Replace 1 existing ceiling light fitting with a DC ceiling fan with integrated LED light with a dimmer. The ceiling fans will be installed in the same locations as the existing light fittings. No new ceiling locations are planned. The fans I am currently considering are the EGLO Surf DC Ceiling Fan with integrated LED – 48", White with Oak Timber Style blades. The ceilings are approximately 2.8 m high. 2 x 2 of the current lights are on the same switch so I think that would need some work to put a fan wall control (if possible) - See pictures Switches / dimmers I would also like the electrician to: - Check the existing wiring and wall switches. - Confirm what type of wall controller / dimmer is compatible with the new lights and ceiling fans. - Advise whether any switches or dimmers need to be replaced. - Let me know whether I should purchase these myself or whether you can supply the compatible ones. I would ideally like someone who can inspect the existing installation before I purchase the fans and lights, or review the product specifications and confirm compatibility beforehand. All new lights, fans and other fittings will be supplied by me, unless otherwise agreed. If I could have some quotes, that would be amazing. Thanks

My bathroom ceiling fan just stopped working randomly yesterday. I removed the cover and it looks like something is blocking it, maybe dust. I need someone who can assess the problem, carefully remove the blocker and put it back up the way it was.

I need this lightbulb replaced (pictured) but I’m not sure what type of bulb it takes. There is a Bunnings 5 mins drive from my house, if you need to grab one. You’ll need a ladder as the ceilings are quite high. Ideally to be done before Sunday.

Toilet base is leaking at the bottom. So leak I think it may be the wax ring or it’s loose. Ceiling fan is also not receiving the remote control instructions. I think the receiver needs to be reset.

All-inclusive quote to install ceiling fan (already purchased) in gyprock ceiling without an existing light/power fixture where the fan would be installed. There are existing downlights in the ceiling, so wiring exists. Attached image shows the distances between the downlights, as well as the distance to the fire speaker and sprinkler in the centre. Fan would ideally be installed somewhere near middle of the ceiling.

Hi, I am looking for a licensed electrician to replace a light in my bedroom with a ceiling fan I have purchased. The fan has a light and remote control. It says it dimmable however I do not need that function if it requires more work. The switch on the wall contains two switches one for the room and one for the light on the balcony (not sure if this makes a difference or not). Hello ceiling is about 2.7m high, requesting switch the ceiling fan to light (pictured) thanks. I know it can be done as handyman before took off the ceiling fan completely to put the ceiling medallion on and all within ten minutes.

Need an electrician to install 2x ceiling fans in 2x bedrooms. I haven't ordered the fans yet as I am waiting to ensure its possible. Would need to run a new cable to the existing switch as I want to continue using the lights. Newish build (2018) apartment with plasterboard ceiling & gap behind it. Photo has the switch location for the lights and it should be all very serviceable.
