Find an experienced ceiling fan installation professional in Brisbane

Licensed electrician needed today in Windsor 4030 for a ground floor apartment. The property is a short stay rental with a guest currently in residence, so this needs to be completed today and done tidily around them. The problem The light built into the ceiling fan has stopped working. The fan itself runs normally on the remote. The light does not come on. What has already been tried The wall switch has been tested in both the on and off positions, by the guest and separately by our onsite handyman. The remote has been tested with the wall switch on, which is the correct operating sequence for this unit. It is an integrated LED, so there is no replaceable globe. Our handyman removed the faceplate to look at the exposed wiring. When he moved the wiring slightly the light flickered on briefly, then went out. He could not reproduce it and stopped there as he is not licensed. That points to an internal wiring or driver fault rather than a switch, remote or globe problem. Scope of work Diagnose the fault and repair it if it can be repaired on the day. If a same day repair is not possible, we want the option to replace the ceiling fan and light unit outright in the same visit, so please come prepared to advise on that. Before doing either, send us a price for the repair and a price for supply and install of a replacement fan and light unit, and wait for our confirmation. Photos of the fault and of the completed work. Make good and test the light and fan on the remote and the wall switch before leaving. The ceiling fan makes a loud clicking sound when in use. Would prefer to repair unless replacement is nessasary. Toilet roll holder in main bathroom has snapped off. It will need to be unscrewed from the tiled wall and replaced. (no preference on what the replacement holder looks like).

Hi, looking for a licensed electrician to replace the motors/components in 2 existing ceiling fans. I already have both replacement motors/parts, so just need installation/labour. The fans are already installed. One has been partially disconnected while I was looking at the motor, so I’d also like the wiring checked before everything is reconnected and tested. Ceiling fan installation. I believe it would be pretty straightforward other than the running of an extra cable, but I'm comfortable putting a few holes in the wall to get it there to the switch. No remote control. There is an existing light fixture there and I made sure there was a beam running across and have already secured the fan base.

Pictured ceiling fan is remote controlled. Works on lowest setting, but no change if you use remote to put fan to medium, just stays at low setting in medium setting. Works on high if you press the fastest setting on remote. Request quote to change capacitor if anyone feels that might be the problem. Cheers

I need a certified electrician to get a new ceiling fan installed in the living room: - location in the middle of the 4 light spots ideally (See photo, but I guess it depends on the position of the frame under the drywall ceiling?) - I provide the fan but I don't know yet if it will have a wireless remote (which I guess simplify the wiring) or a wall remote. => happy to discuss budget for each scenario.
