We have existing pendants in the lounge room and want to replace them with a ceiling fan (we haven't purchased it yet). Those pendants will then go in the hallway. We will want to replace the bedroom pendant with one we will be purchasing soon, too. PowerPoint's are new installations, and one you can drill right through the wall from another point. The second PowerPoint, you can go through the wall through the ceiling. We are in a unit on the 2nd floor, and it is a double brick building. Hi, My vertical blinds are not opening/closing properly. The string/cord mechanism that you pull to move the blinds along the track is broken and not working. I need someone to fix my verticals blinds. The rope part is completely broken, the chain is stuck and doesn’t work. The blinds need to be manually opened and closed by pushing/pulling.

A piece of soffit from the eaves of the residential flat building have fallen. The task is to supply and replace the soffit and secure any other loose soffits if any adjacent to it. The building is three-storeys in height. Areas directly beneath it is open area (concrete path next to building wall and lawn) and is readily accessible.
