Dear all, 1) The balcony door needs to be blocked as my cat doesn't use it to go out anymore. Can use solid mesh or a metal plate as he knows how to pull and push open things. The size of the opening is 20W x 20H (all in centimetres). 2) My kitchen taps are leaking and are in need of repair. Please see the photos attached & let me know of any further information to give. 3) The shoe cabinet is to be replaced and will need to be removed. My vacuum cleaner will also need to be removed as it does not charge/work on my wall anymore.

The wardrobe sliding door(glass door) came off the groove(needs to be sticked back to the frame) and wheels came off.

I need a qualified plumber that can install and do the plumbing in my bathroom. It’s a townhouse and the bathroom is on the first floor. At the moment I only have a toilet in the bathroom and would like to install a small sink. The old tap outlet has to be moved or closed (marked with a x in one of the pictures provided) The new sink must be installed behind the closed door (the current door will be removed and I will install a French door so no problem). Just to be clear the plumbing connection has to be done too as there is nothing there at the moment. Qualified and insured plumbers only as it is a strata building.
