Plaster 2 holes in garage wall, reattach two toilet holders and screw in cupboard

The fan in the spare room makes a loud clunking noise when it’s on. Screws don’t seem to be loose and blades are not dirty. Looking for someone to please come and have a look to see what the issue is, and hopefully help fix it. Thank you.

Need plastic splashback put up around commercial kitchen sink area and bathroom. Possibly paint bathroom, and walls around kitchen sink area, skirting over linoleum, put up a couple pallet racks, no more gaps/ crack fill a couple of wall joints, etc lots of little jobs. We have 500 battery holders for AA batteries that need installing into a plastic housing with 2 screws. Work can be done at our air-conditioned facility in Brendale. Tools provided.
