Hi there — we need help fixing a roller blind in the main bedroom of our Airbnb. The blind has come loose on one side (the side with the pull cord). Based on notes from our guests, the spring-loaded rod is intact, but it appears that the internal anchor or bracket inside the blind tube that holds tension is either missing or dislodged. Right now, the blind won’t stay up because the spring can’t engage properly. Our amateur guess as to what's needed: • Inspect the blind tube and identify if the internal cap/anchor is present or missing • Reinsert or replace the internal spring anchor • Reload the spring mechanism so it holds tension again • Reinstall the blind securely so it functions as normal We have attached clear photos of the current components. Please bring any common replacement parts or tools you might need — we can reimburse for small parts if necessary. Looking for someone reliable who has done this kind of blind repair before. Ideally resolved ASAP, as the property is currently in use.

I ordered venetian blinds online, with the intention of installing them myself. I’ve only been successful at installing one blind, because I cannot drill into the window recess far enough for the screws. I have a handheld hammer drill, but it’s not powerful enough. Rather than buy another appliance, I’d prefer to hire a professional who can handle the rest of the job. There are 4 windows left. The building is a 70s apartment with brick & concrete veneer walls. The blinds are secured by a metal bracket on each end (I have plenty of masonry screws). One is a double blind and it will need to be secured in the middle too.

Install 7 roller blinds, wood frame. Standard installation as per pictures. All seven are same process but different shapes and sizes only. Today or tomorrow preferred Only one tall window - we can provide ladder if needed.

Blackout blind needs to be created and installed. Ideally using magnets and a roll down system.

Hi, I have 13x roller blinds to install at a property in Northcote. The blinds vary in size… some are very small I.e 40cms wide and others are quite large and over a meter wide.
