Alter length of installed sheer blinds – experienced blinds specialist only I need an experienced blinds or curtain specialist to alter the length of already installed sheer blinds. The blinds are currently fitted and just need to be shortened and re-finished so they sit at the correct length and still function properly. Care is needed as they are installed and made from sheer fabric, so precision and a clean finish is important. Requirements: • Proven experience with blinds or curtain alterations (not general sewing) • Confident working with installed window furnishings • Ability to shorten and professionally re-finish sheer fabric blinds • Must bring own tools if needed Please only apply if you’ve done this type of work before. The vertical blinds in our home have been damaged over the past 2 years. The connector pieces that have the clear plastic hooks need replacing, a lot of clear hooks have been broken and we can no longer hang the blinds.

Install 3 x 180cm roller blinds in our property. We have already removed the old ones.

I have two internal bi-fold plantation blinds I want removed. Both have four panels each and open in the middle (i.e 2 panels each side). They are: 1475mm x 1320mm and 2070mm x 1150mm.

Install the following: 2 x S-Fold Curtains with sheer, approx. 3200mm x 2300/2400mm 2 x Click2Fit Roller Blinds (no drilling), approx. 1800mm x 1200mm. Have added photos of where they are existing and where they need to go.

Reinstall 3 blinds - they were taken down for painting and not reinstalled correctly. The photographed privacy blind should be reinstalled on the kitchen window and a blockout blind where the circled privacy blind currently is. The downstairs bedroom currently has a blockout but it should be a double blockout/privacy roller. Adjust all blind chains so all blinds fully open/shut. Replace all metal chains with white plastic chains. Happy to reimburse for the required materials. Clip a few blind verticals back in, in upstairs bedroom behind the tall curtains. There is a ladder down side of the house you’re welcome to use. Clean all roller blinds 🙏
