The window is above a staircase and your ladder will need to balance on a step, ladder will need carefully lean against wall. Looking for a suitably qualified handyman to pull down the existing perfectly functioning roller blind that we currently have in our kitchen here. We have purchased a day/night combination roller blind set that includes a sheer daytime and a blockout one for night time. It comes with 1 mounting fixture for both rollers. We are dealing with a painted concrete white wall surrounding the window. You may need a. impact drill, but of course I'm not a handyman so I'm not sure. Access is very easy.
