It's my rental property in Carnegie and there are four windows requiring new roller blinds

Measure my window, buy blind and install. I have a toilet seat need installing. Also, assemble an office chair I have bought.

There is a blind rod that needs to be fixed as it got removed from the blind.

Blind gets stuck. It is really stiff. I can't see what is wrong exactly - but it will not roll up smoothly and gets jammed. May need a new mechanism? It is impacting the fabric of the blind on the side.

I have an existing double roller blind operated by a single chain where (I think) the spring mechanism has failed and the blind will no longer stay rolled up. Need someone to fix and/or source replacement part and install.

Two of our cafe blinds on our verandah are stuck. The material is pinched so the the cover may need to be taken off to help roll them up. The blinds are manually operated. The fastening pin may be loose.

Tilting mechanism has broken on my Venetian blinds. I require a new mechanism to be sourced and installed. The pelmet is about 6cm and the headrail is about 4cm in height.

Unclip from the wall 24 sets of venetian blinds (various sizes) and clean them outside (pressure hose?) and then reattach them
