Looking for someone experienced with masonry/concrete fixing to install 3 Coolaroo crank-operated outdoor blinds on an apartment balcony. Blinds are: * 2 x 2.4m wide * 1 x 3.0m wide Installation is into the concrete ceiling/soffit. Access is straightforward from the balcony and no working at heights equipment should be required. Would require proper plugs and screws given wind affected area The two 2.4m blinds are going side-by-side across an opening that is approximately 4.8m overall. With the end brackets/fittings, the combined width appears to be closer to 4.94m, so I suspect the blind rode may need to be carefully trimmed/cut down slightly to fit correctly. Need someone who: * Has their own rotary hammer/masonry drill and concrete fixings * Is confident accurately measuring and installing the brackets * Can assess whether the two 2.4m blinds can/should be shortened and carry this out if required * Can install all three blinds level, secure and operating properly * Ideally has experience installing outdoor blinds/awnings into concrete All blinds are onsite and ready to go.

Vertical blinds track need to screw in. Came off from the roof. The hole is big now. Need to move 2-3 cm and rescrew it with heavy duty anchor. 5-10 mins job if you got the right tools with you.

Spring loaded roller blind needs tensioning and perhaps replacing the chain and hung back on the door which is 2400 mm wide x2130mm drop. ATM it’s hard to pull up the chain, it feels like it’s going to snap. Normally it’s so easy to pull up. Going down it’s not a problem. The person who wants this job must be experienced in installing roller blinds. NB we bought a fixing kit if you need to replace the chain and it’s housing, etc

Require some help fixing the electronic Blinds situation (not fix the blind itself) but fixing something so we can sleep without having broad daylight coming through.

We need 2 sets of roll down blinds to be removed from Windows (unsecured). Should be a very quick job.

The metal head box that houses the blind needs to be removed and replaced 70 mm

Task 1. I have one single panel roller blind which needs the frame or bracket reattaching back onto the wall. Existing screws have failed and the blind bracket and blind dropped to ground. Task 2. Replace the roller blind chain as old one is broken. Will need a drill and supplies the chain kit itself will be in the unit.

Shower blind has come off the latch and a screw has come out. It needs to be re attached. Also need to check the other 2 screws to make sure they are secure.

Install 3 x 180cm roller blinds in our property. We have already removed the old ones.
