Need handyman to fix a roller blind where the cord has snapped off

We have gotten a screw stuck (ruined the head of the screw) in the aluminium window frame. Need to remove the screw and then start the project again on installing a roller blind. Not sure how to remove the screw Will need correct tools to drill into aluminium
