My gate needs to be fixed to open and close

5 ceiling cracks. 7 cornices

The cylinder is broken and loose out from the hole. Need to replace it or fix it.

The wall panel cracked, may be due to moisture issue. need to check the issues and patch the broken part and paint them with similar color.

Window electric roller shutter not rolling up. Can hear the gear running but seems stuck.

The timer always stops at 5 seconds. So it's difficult to make and froth coffee. From research, I think there are bubbles stuck in the tube. Please make your offer

Removal and disposal of 3m cornice fixed to the ceiling. The cornice is only glued along the top edge, with the bottom edge unattached from the wall. We want a Smooth/sanding of the surface to prepare for paint.

Installation of garden shed (Absco brand)

There is water damage to the ceiling outside the main door. The fascia board just above the ceiling is damaged which may need replacement. However, only interested in fix of just that location.

Undermount sink that has come away from the bench top. All plumbing is still intact. Wasn’t mounted properly and they didn’t use mounting clips, so would need someone who could supply and install them.
