Need a single story gutter clean including down pipes

Urgent job - Need someone to clean gutters and outside of windows including any webs etc on outside of gutters for 1 bedroom granny flat/ cottage. I have a small ladder there but not sure if it will reach on one of the sides of the house. Also have a strong hose there that could be used. Someone mature and reliable please. I know it’s a little unrealistic but was hoping to have someone complete today. Don’t need gurney. And job shouldn’t take more than 1-2 hours. Thanks.
