Hello. I’m looking for two baby gates for our stair case. I can install them myself if you just want to make them in your workshop and I can come pick them up. I’m looking for timber swinging gates that are installed perminantly onto the walls. I would like a latch that I can open with one hand. The gate only needs to swing one direction.

Front gate: screw latch on gate Back gate: adjust gate so closes and install additional latch (provided).

I have a wrought iron gate that needs to be installed securely to a metal frame Caulfield hinges for the gate will need to be secured or welded onto gate. Secondly I have a raw iron. Steelgate attached to the Door requires adjustment as it’s loose. Maybe some framing as Old points or concrete are worn and brittle.

The lock on our gate is broken. Even when it is locked, it has enough movement in it that you can just open it. I would like the mechanism either fixed or replaced so that it stays closed when it is locked.

Our front gate has seen better days. The gate itself isn’t too bad, we can probably fix that up ourselves. But we will need the existing fence posts removed/replaced. Can discuss the specifics. Will then need the existing gate reattached to the new posts. There is also a random post which will need to be removed (back of one of the pictures)
