I’m looking for timber swinging gates that are installed perminantly onto the walls. I would like a latch that I can open with one hand. The gate only needs to swing one direction.

I would like a double-swing aluminium pedestrian gate, to be made and fitted to existing posts that are 5cm sq. The space is 195cm w x 104cm h. I would like it to match the existing fence which is charcoal grey. The top and bottom rail are 4cm x 2.5cm and the vertical tubes are 2cm sq. looking for an experienced fencer or handyman to install a 1800mm high × 900mm wide Colorbond pedestrian gate at the side fence. The existing fence needs to be cut. The same sheet and rails will be used to match the colour. The lock will be supplied by us. Ensure the gate opens and closes smoothly and is aligned correctly. Remove any waste and leave the area clean.

My metal gate has stopped closing due to erosion/wear on the latch area. The latch no longer lines up or catches properly, and the gate can’t be secured. I need someone who can assess the damage, realign or rebuild the latch mechanism, and ensure the gate closes smoothly and safely again.

Our hot water is very warm but not hot. It used to be hot. We live in an apartment and our neighbours say their water is hot. Gas/electric company say no issue on their end. Building management says it may be a tempering valve issue.

This rivets on this gate hinge on our gate door has snapped. We would like it reattached to the bar & a lasting fix made to both hinges (we have re-attached rivets to fix this before). You are unable to drill new holes on the neighbouring wall - but can modify the bar holding the gate however you wish. Please include how you'd fix it in your message.
