Our front gate has seen better days. The gate itself isn’t too bad, we can probably fix that up ourselves. But we will need the existing fence posts removed/replaced. Can discuss the specifics. Will then need the existing gate reattached to the new posts. There is also a random post which will need to be removed (back of one of the pictures)

I have a wrought iron gate that needs to be installed securely to a metal frame Caulfield hinges for the gate will need to be secured or welded onto gate. Secondly I have a raw iron. Steelgate attached to the Door requires adjustment as it’s loose. Maybe some framing as Old points or concrete are worn and brittle.

We have a newly bought and installed deadbolt door lock that needs to be adjusted. The problem is that the door is too low for it to close properly. So you need to unscrew and rescrew it higher up. The gate lock not sure what the issue is but it is sometimes hard to open the gate even after unlocking it. Should be a straightforward and quick fix on both.

I need someone to reconnect the side gate of my house. The wind a couple weeks ago, blew the side hinge off the connection to the house

1) Have an existing timber slatted garden gate and the latch often does not catch at the top after shutting door and can swing open randomly. I need the gate to be either amended where it has a strong(er) spring that keeps it shut at all times and a new latch at the top or possibly completely replaced with a new child/pet proof version. I have a cat as well as small children that visit so gate cannot have spaces where either can get out. I need it to stay shut even when not locked. 2) I have another metal gate further down the side of the house and I have purchased a very fine black mesh outdoor sheet that I need fixed securely onto the entire metal gate. A timber piece may need to be fixed to block the gap at the bottom of the gate as a cat can easily slip out from under there too. Im flexible on budget as I know it will depend on whether the person appointed can make the existing timber gate work or whether a complete new one needs to be priced. Please advise how you would address this in your reply message.
