Find a professional gate installation in Sydney

I’m looking for a handyman or welder/metal fabricator to modify the existing latch on an old metal pedestrian gate so I can secure it with a padlock. I want to keep the existing gate and latch rather than replace the gate. I’m open to the best solution — this could be a simple bolt-on modification or welding a small metal loop/hasp onto the existing latch or gate. The job needs to: Allow the gate to close and latch properly Allow a padlock to be easily fitted and removed Be strong and secure Look neat and suit the existing old gate Include any small amount of welding or metal fabrication required Touch up the paint around the modification if necessary Photos attached. Please have a look at the photos and let me know what you think would be the best solution.

Task 1: repair indoor gate. This has come loose from its bolt and does not close. Gate needs to be rehung. Bring all materials, gate is on a concrete wall so masonry drill required. Task 2: remove exterior screen door and remove and dispose of

Electric gate motor appears to have died. Was moving really slowly past few days and has now stopped. After someone with some experience with electric gates and fences to help review and fix. Most likely will need to replace the motor or electric unit.

We need the hinges of our gate reattached. This will need to be welded to the metal frame of the wooden gate shown against the wall. The old hinges are currently attached to the metal post which the gate has come off. Additional hinges should be provided by tradesmen if you think this will not suffice.

The lock on this gate is slightly misaligned which makes it a pain to close. It locks if you lift it a bit. Looking for someone to come around and level it out so it lock smoothly

I have a wicket gate as the door in the roller door of my warehouse. The hinge has broken because the bolt snapped as seen in the photo. Therefore, the wicked gate is not working.

My metal gate has stopped closing due to erosion/wear on the latch area. The latch no longer lines up or catches properly, and the gate can’t be secured. I need someone who can assess the damage, realign or rebuild the latch mechanism, and ensure the gate closes smoothly and safely again.

Our hot water is very warm but not hot. It used to be hot. We live in an apartment and our neighbours say their water is hot. Gas/electric company say no issue on their end. Building management says it may be a tempering valve issue.

This rivets on this gate hinge on our gate door has snapped. We would like it reattached to the bar & a lasting fix made to both hinges (we have re-attached rivets to fix this before). You are unable to drill new holes on the neighbouring wall - but can modify the bar holding the gate however you wish. Please include how you'd fix it in your message.
