Install New Pedestrian Gate Looking for an experienced handyman or fencing contractor to supply and install a new pedestrian gate between two existing limestone walls. Gap between the limestone walls is approx 940mm. Open to offers. Scope of works: - Remove and dispose of existing timber gate and hardware. - Patch and repair the existing fixing holes in the limestone wall where the current gate is attached. - Install a new white pedestrian gate, preference is aluminium. - Install a new white hinge post and hardware. - Install self-closing hinges and latch. installation requirement: The existing gate has been fixed directly into the limestone wall, which is starting to fail. I would prefer the new hinge post to be structurally supported by the existing concrete slab (e.g. bolt-down or concreted into the slab), rather than relying on the limestone wall for support. The latch can remain fixed to the opposite limestone wall if appropriate. I have four gates that need fixing to make self closing and self locking for swimming pool compliance. All but one already have the spring closer but either it’s not quite closing or the latch needs fixing.

Looking for someone to construct and install a wooden gate at the top of our stairs. We had one previously done through here but the person is no longer working. We have two outdoor gates that we want springs added to make them self closing, they will need a little adjusting too. One of the gates we want to add a coded entry point.

Metal side gate has dropped a bit and the bottom wheel has come off. Need someone to realign it, fix or replace the wheel, and make sure it opens/closes properly. Photos attached.
