I have a metal gate on the outside of the property and it has dropped and I cannot now close it as it is out of line

Hi, I’m looking for someone to help fix my side yard metal gate. The ground bolt (drop bolt) has come off and needs to be reattached or welded back. Also hoping to make the gate more secure so it can’t be opened easily from outside — open to a simple low-cost solution (like adding a padlock latch or better lock mechanism).

Old metal gate has 1 rusted shut hinge and the other hinge has snapped. The pin in both has rusted and fused. Also the bolt has rusted and does not turn going into the fence. Require old hinges to be removed from the fence and gate and new hinges *2 installed. Will require most likely a metal grinder to cut off old hinges that were welded. Welding equipment, to weld new hinges on. A drill that can drill into the steel gate as the bolt holes do not exactly align with the previous hinges.

To the side.of the property there is a approx 1.8m wide space which requires a full height gate and panel. I have 3 outdoor metal gates (1 front entrance gate and 2 side gates) that need adjustment. They were all working fine before, but due to minor alignment shifts over time, they’re no longer closing properly. All hinge are same type as pictured. The front gate is now very tight and difficult to operate. The two side gates aren’t closing or latching properly. Looking for someone experienced who can realign and adjust the gates so they open and close smoothly again.
