The door inside the house is hanging, the holes are to pretty loose and for the screws to tighten and the gate outside just broke off.

Require the gate locking mechanism to be repaired and make sure gate open and closes properly. Unfortunately this is a repetitive problem occurring as the wind repeatedly damages the locking mechanism.
