Require licensed gas fitter to replace a leaking gas outlet in our lounge room

My gas meter at the front of house has one copper pipe running up the carport and under it to the house. Gas point inside house that I don’t use so if attached to only that then just disconnect this pipe so I can get carport pulled down safely.
