I need a licensed or registered gas fitter to carry out gas safety check of all gas installations and fittings for my property in Melton south to comply with the Residential tenancies regulation act and provide me the appropriate registration and documentation once completed. Servicing points: Appliance inspection, cleaned internally, any debris removed in burners, pilots, fan, any filters, the heat exchanger will be inspected. The gas pressure will be tested and adjusted as required manufacture instructions, a visual check on burners and pilots to make sure they are clear, blue, and firm with no abnormalities. All safety devices checked for normal operation and compliant to regulations. Carbon monoxide testing and negative pressure testing. I have an unoccupied old house with Gas heater and Gas Oven: Need a licensed Gas Fitter to identify and fix gas leaks (if any). Disconnect, cap off the gas and take away the old gas heater (see pictures). Issue a certificate post ensuring there is no leakage.
