Our galvanised gas line has corroded in multiple areas causing a gas leak in mainline (already tested for leaks) - Will need to bypass current gas line and run new gas copper gas line - Works include - dig trench 25m from gas metre to side of house and connect onto existing gas line - Conctete footpath next to house will need to be sawcut and removed to place copper line to be underneath ground. - Once clearance has been made run gas line on side of house to connect onto current line. - Install new 20mm gas service from authority metre isolation valve at the front of property. All to existing appliances. - neatly clip in basement -pipe sizing , pip and fittings in accordance with australian standards. - Test new gas line for any leaks. - Once completed backfill trench & re-concrete. - commision gas appliances -remove all rubbish - issue compliance certificate to authorities Cost to include GST and other sundry items.
