My old gas cooktop has stopped working properly. I have purchased a replacement and need someone remove the old and install the new one (as pictured in box). The old cooktop igniter has stopped working - however given its old and dirty i want to replace the whole thing. I can use a lighter to get the gas burning and gas flow is perfectly fine. Should mean no other parts require servicing. Must dispose of the old one also.
Abdur-Rahman went above and beyond to sort out my cooktop replacement. Was punctual, on time and cleaned up after himself. Will definately use again. Thank you!!

Hot water pressure is low. Gas hot water heater seems to be working correctly. Heater is Vulcan freeloader with 170. litre tank.
Abdul helped us with our hot water. He diagnosed the problem and had a solution without having to replace the heater. He even came back the next day to check that everything was working well. Highly recommended.
