Weeding front side & rear garden

Please check added photos and assess whether ok to do the job. The front yard lawn, mow, pull out weeds ( chem poisoning only to be used if ask/inform us first to let us know; so we don't water plants; and if you are careful that there is no rain predicted that day.Make sure we can walk down sides to back yard. Back yard needs mowing and whipper snipper on steeper slope. Clear back shrub so can walk down to the road on the lower left corner as walking to the road. In future clear back what overgrowth there is within the time. Let us know when you are coming to leave out green bin. Thank you
