We live on a flat one acre block in Currumbin Valley. I love doing the yard but work is just too busy at the moment. I’m looking for someone weekly to mow, whipper snip, spray weeds & weed, do hedges & blow driveway and paths. I have a brand new John Deere lawn mower I want to be used. I am quiet particular about the yard and lawns so I want someone with an eye for details & someone who appreciates neat and tidy work. My pricing quote is per hour. We have leaves all around the property that need collecting and put into big trash bags (that we will empty and burn later). Also have some weeding that needs doing also. We have all the tools and equipment needed including a blower vac for the leaves. We also require a small pile of palm fronds to be cut up into smaller pieces, weeding around our pool, and if time permits there are some other tasks. I will also be in the yard helping. Amended add, I’ve started some tasks and removed 4. Would love the area to be gurnie finished nothing amazing as we are in tank water but it’s probably needed and I don’t have a gurnie. Weed gardens - if you choose to prune I don’t have clippers for it and the waste would have to be removed and taken to the tip as it won’t blend in at the side where we can dump the weeds pulled- tidy for asthetics and remove cigarette green waste removal onsite close to garden butts that flew off (I have started weeding and collecting butts) Leaf blow everything when done Quick dust cob webs outside house, can use blower etc etc Clean windows outside and exterior fly screen as it’s dusty, please do this last after blowing is finished. Get balcony pots downstairs and inflatable spa cleaned inside down already empty. Blow balcony free of soil, I’ll mop after when I mop the house Inside paint on floors and use of no tape marks in kitchen and living area and where ever seen down stairs on tiles or obvious areas 2 hours, basic tools here except for a broom to do exterior windows as it snapped!
