The lawn isn't that big or growing that healthy but it hasn't been cut since March. The lawn can be mowed or whipper snipped but you will have to work around a few broken retic pipes. There is a vine weed that is also growing at a rapid pace around the garden that i would like removing (but not sprayed as I have fruit trees). The patio has some weeds growing up through the paving stones that i would also like pulling up. It is not a massive job (the biggest bit is the vine/weed removal) but it will take a few hours. The garden just needs a general tidy up. I have no gardening tools so you must have all the gardening equipment you will need. There will be an empty green waste bin on site.
