We are currently seeking an experienced Gardening Contractor to manage the outdoor spaces of two properties on an ongoing contractual basis. The first property, situated in Inner West, requires routine maintenance, including lawn mowing for the front street area and a small front space, with an estimated duration of 20-30 minutes per visit. Responsibilities for Location 1: Lawn mowing for the front street area and a small front space. Maintaining a tidy and well-kept appearance of the outdoor areas. Conducting routine checks for any visible issues. Location 2: The second property, located in Parramatta areas, necessitates more extensive gardening services. This includes lawn mowing, garden trimming/maintenance, and care for four small designated areas. The estimated duration for this property is 2.5 to 3 hours per visit. Responsibilities for Location 2: Lawn mowing for the entire property. Trimming and maintaining the garden areas. Caring for four small designated areas. Regular inspection for any landscaping requirements. Requirements: Proven experience in gardening and outdoor maintenance. Knowledge of lawn care, plant maintenance, and garden aesthetics. Ability to commit to ongoing contractual work once a month for each property. Own transportation and gardening tools. Public liability insurance and other relevant insurances. Ability to work efficiently and independently. Additional Information: Green bins are available at both locations for garden waste disposal. Payment will be discussed during the interview and will be based on experience and the scope of work.
