It's in a good state (see photos) but needs a mow (BYO mower and whipper snipper etc) and weeding (inc garden around pool), sweeping hard surfaces, and everything needs a good soaking of water with watering can. Start 8 am or finish 6 pm (to allow 2 hour window during permitted watering times), anyway from today until next Wednesday. I need the front and back lawns mowed and edging done. I have the equipment required. Also need 7 bags of soil mixed in a wheel barrow and transferred into garden beds.
