I need general garden maintainence for our house. I have a small backyard lawn to mow, trim hedges and clear leaves. I have a green bin but must bring own tools.

As per photos: Backyard patch of grass 2.2m x 5m roughly needs to be mowed. Small vegie patch weeded and other patches of garden weeded also. Front yard general weeding/sweeping. Removal of garden waste. As per COVID only 1 gardener allowed and contactless. Backyard accessible independently/without going through the house, only 1 minute via an alleyway.

Weeding, trimming back plants cleaning of back yard

Our 1st floor balcony needs refurbishing/restoration and a lot of love (cleaning, treating, staining, preservation and restoration and whatever else might be required?) Would also need the two pot plants removed from the balcony and from the site. It's about 4m x 1.5m and would require your own tools and products.

Cut and snip patch of grass approx 3m x 9m . Grass is quite long Snip weeds , blow and remove of waste. General tidy up Will need mower , blower, whipper snipper

Clearing garden of weeds and general overgrown plants, clear up dirty areas.

We front and side flowerbeds with assorted plants and hedges. The hedges need trimming, the bushes pruned, and the flowerbeds tidied up. There are also 4 trees in the planters on the side of the house that need timely pruning and trimming. I would estimate this to be no more than a two hour job, and there is an opportunity for similar quarterly maintenance visits.

Unfortunately our small garden has been neglected and is overgrown. We would like the garden to have wedding done and a trim to existing plants. Please advice on cost. Would need someone with gardening experience please, as we will need ongoing maintenance advise for our garden not to grow into a forest again. We are thinking about installing artificial grass instead so its low maintenance. Please also advice if you could potentially install artificial grass for us as we are lazy gardeners.
