New house build completed, need backyard weeds cleared and sprayed so not to return prior to commencing landscaping - Due date: Flexible

We are looking for someone that loves gardening ( and preferably people struggling to get a job due to mandates or economic issues, we love helping those in need) and that will enjoy making our garden look good. Some gardeners just run in and mow and don't even trim edges or pull weeds that are clearly visible. We can mow ourselves this way so definitely not after someone that doesn't take pride in their service delivery. We need a good garden cleanup the front is fine and just needs some weeding and cleanup of dead leaves, the back though needs more attention, luckily it is a small yard around the house. One area needs a trimmer first as the weeds are high, see pictures. The rest of the back just needs a general mow and trim and then we would like spraying for weeds done on the grass and around the edges everywhere. We did spray the front yard grass already but not the weeds on the side of the driveway as yet. If we find a good gardener we will book you in for permanent monthly service, possibly every 3 weeks depending on the amount of rain.
